Family photography session in Daejeon, South Korea

As a family photographer, creating memories through fun photo sessions with my clients is why I love what I do. I also hope to create timeless keepsakes, such as albums, prints and frames, which families can cherish forever. In the digital age, it seems that devices and screens are getting smaller and smaller and seeing your images on a tiny screen doesn’t have the same impact as a 16×20 or a 20×24 print.

Another option that I offer is having all or most of the images from your session printed in an 8×8 or 10×10 album, with thick, lay-flat pages and a timeless simple design, which make your images pop.

Here is an example of a 10×10 family album from a recent family session among cherry blossoms in Daejeon, South Korea.

  1. I look forward to your pots each week! I’m always anticipating what new perspective you’ve got to show and so far I haven’t been disappointed. I love the silhouettes you did of the family. Stark, but lyrical. I love it!

  2. With the ease of digital photography, I feel like we’re literally drowning in photos, but that we don’t “see” any of our pictures anymore. I’ve taken so many photos since our little one was born, but don’t have a single pic of her hanging on the wall. It’s a shame really. But I think photo books are a fantastic idea and this one is lovely. 🙂

  3. I love how you used the cherry blossoms as a frame. Your pictures always amaze me. I bet the family really had a great time seeing the pictures. I believe that the photographers sell happiness, not pictures. Kudos Alla!

  4. I still go for the traditional printed albums and this is where real photography talent comes in. It’s nice that you are offering that kind of service. And congrats to you, the family looks genuinely happy. It will be great if they ge you when the new member arrives and have a new album added.

  5. I love having proper printed family photos. I’m at my Dad’s at the moment, and it’s been amazing looking through old photos. Seems like a shame that in years to come, we’ll only be able to do it from the computer. This is such a special thing for families to have. 🙂
