Daejeon Artist Collective (DJAC)’s upcoming exhibit
What: The Daejeon Artists Collective has been going strong since 2011. We’ve had spring and fall exhibitions every year all over this city and then some. For some of its participants, being a part of this collective has opened up opportunities to collaborate, participate and exhibit all over Korea. We’ve even owned a space for short period of time, where we hosted workshops, solo exhibitions, drawing nights and more. It was short lived (due to the building’s demolition), but it has helped us to bring Daejeon’s Art community closer and of course, grow ourselves as individuals and as artists. We are – painters, potters, photographers, designers, sculptors, those who create collages, embroidery, screen printing and utilize other mediums. All in all – we’re the Daejeon Artist Collective (DJAC) and we’re proud to invite you to our 9th exhibit – “You don’t know DJAC.”
When: Open to the public from May 3 to May 15, where you’ll be able to view our works from 10am – 6pm.
Opening night is scheduled for May 7th from 6:30-9:30pm and usually draws a large crowd, perfect for socializing and networking. We hope you can be there too!
